Inside Five Park: A Vibrant New Development Set to Take Miami Beach by Storm

A team of lauded visionaries have come together to revolutionize the Miami Beach lifestyle, crafting a residential building with unprecedented amenities and services.

In a sizzling city like Miami where unapologetic creativity and luxury are in high supply, you have to dream up something extraordinary to stand out in real estate. Developers David Martin of Terra and Russell Galbut of GFO Investments did exactly that with Five Park Miami Beach and as we speak the exciting residential property is becoming a reality.

Five Park was conceptualized to embody a living, breathing ecosystem, adding new green space and new glamour to Miami Beach. It pairs a glistening residential tower with an expansive three-acre public park, plus has an art-inspired bridge to provide Instagram-worthy moments as you walk to nearby Miami Beach spots. Serving up the best of both worlds, the building allows residents to be social butterflies or to happily cocoon with the water always in sight.

The project is helmed by some of the world’s most visionary design minds including design firm Gabbellini Sheppard, Arquitectonica, Anda Andrei, Daniel Buren and Cultured Magazine’s Sarah Harrelson, and West 8. In a nutshell, it is set to offer 238 one-to-five-bedroom residences spanning anywhere from 1,434 square feet to 6,000 square feet.

When you consider the 50,000 square feet of amenities that Five Park provides residents, home extends far beyond your condo here. Buyers can expect to soak in Miami luxury 24/7 with multiple pools, in-house spa and treatment rooms, a private branded beach club, and a new three-acre community park with everything from a dog park to art installations. Truly, the amenities are too vast to list.

The cylindrical tower itself is a design feat representing an intersection of function, beauty, and sustainability. It draws inspiration for its curvilinear form from the nearby moving waves, symbolizing the ecology and culture of Miami Beach. Most importantly, Five Park’s elliptical floor plans serve to optimize natural light and expansive views of the city, water, and beyond.

To execute the bespoke interiors, firm Gabellini Shepard is working closely with Five Park’s design director Andrei. Neutrals are poised to reign supreme so those captivating blue views take center stage, but, still, many design features grab the eye. Each residence will have custom-designed Italian oak cabinets and Gaggenau appliances, beautifully paired with marble counter tops and an integrated wooden-top dining table. The primary suites evoke a mood of elegance and indulgence, sporting Italian-made vanities, textured glass shower doors, and—in select units—wet rooms.

From finance entrepreneurs to empty nesters, Five Park is seeing high demand. It’s planned to open for occupancy in late 2024 but may fill up with eager buyers well before then.
