Brilliant and innovative marketing strategies

Swire Properties is about to unveil its new residential complex, OPUS Hong Kong, at 53 Stubbs Road. Not only is this one of the few areas in Hong Kong with natural surroundings and unprecedented views, but the design by internationally acclaimed architect, Frank Gehry, is certain to drive the city's obscene real estate prices to new heights. But what we really appreciate is the creative, innovative, interactive, and unique approach Swire has taken to raise the hype of this project.

At the ArtisTree Gallery in Hong Kong a multi-media exhibition on Gehry’s prominent works includes models and sketches from his archives dating back to the 70's.  Quite strategically, the exhibit finishes off with a comprehensive display of the architect's design process for OPUS Hong Kong.

A particularly nice touch?  A 5-foot by 1-foot installation at eye-level with a model of an apartment's interior with punched out windows.  Beyond the windows?  A 180-degree 24-hour time lapse video of the Hong Kong view throughout the day.
